H.E. Lady Williams hands over a cheque for $3,000 to Elizabeth Jordan of the National Sailing Academy, one of the 32 charities under the umbrella of the Halo Foundation.
The NSA is performing an exceptionally valuable function, providing facilities and offering training in sailing to members of the public in Antigua and Barbuda, from 8 to 80 years old.
