Latisha Browne and Shannon Matthew were both all smiles as they received their gift certificates for their prizes from the recently concluded Halo Foundation Carnival Promotion “Hot Days & Cool Nights”. The young ladies were chosen through a random selection process and received a day pass for two to the Sandals Grande Antigua Resort and dinner for two at Ana’s on the Beach respectively.
