Halo supports Girl Guides emergency training

Approximately forty members of the Antigua and Barbuda Girl Guides Association , who took part in a Red Cross administered training program in life saving skills , received their First Aid certificates recently at Government House .

The event was hosted by Lady Williams , President and Founder of the Halo Foundation and Patron of the Girl Guides Association .

The First Aid course was made possible by a donation from the Halo Foundation , and both Girl Guide leaders and parents expressed their appreciation for this effort geared towards the training and development of the girls and young women who participated in the exercise .
