President of the Antigua Girls Brigade Mrs Edwards surprised PRO of the Halo Foundation Cuthbert Forbes Jr with a gift of appreciation at Government House. Mr Forbes delivered a speech to some of the members of the Brigade during their Leadership Conference held recently, he charged the young ladies to stay focused, be positive and to be leaders in society. Mrs Edwards noted that the presentation was well received by those in attendance and congratulated Mr Forbes on being the best presenter for the day.
