The Halo Foundation’s Christmas Card Competition – A Festive Opportunity for Young Artists
As the festive season approaches, the Halo Foundation is once again calling on the creativity and imagination of young artists with its exciting Christmas Card Competition. This event invites children and teens from various age groups to submit their unique “Caribbean Christmas” themed artwork, celebrating the warmth, colors, and spirit of the holiday season through their eyes.
Competition Categories
The competition is open to participants across several age groups:
- 7-9 years
- 10-12 years
- 13-15 years
- 16-18 years
In addition, there is a Special Category for participants who are Differently Abled, ensuring that this artistic platform is inclusive and encourages creativity from everyone.
Competition Rules
To ensure fairness and originality, the competition comes with the following rules:
- The artwork must represent a “Caribbean Christmas” theme.
- No adult assistance is allowed.
- Each participant can submit only one artwork.
- Participants are free to choose their paper and art materials, providing a wide scope for creative expression.
Submission Details
All entries must be submitted to Government House by November 15th, 2024. This gives participants ample time to work on their masterpieces and families to support their budding artists.
