Franklyn Southwell ll was the recipient of the Halo Hero Humanitarian Award 2017. The gold medal is presented each year by Their Excellencies Sir Rodney and Lady Williams to a young person who has exhibited exemplary humanitarian service. Franklyn also received a full 4-year undergraduate scholarship at St.Mary’s University, and has completed one year of his studies ( majoring in Political Studies ) to date.
