Cuthbert Marcellus Forbes Jr., is a devoted volunteer and has worked for the Halo Foundation since 2016. He aspires to one day become an outstanding Politician and later the Governor General of Antigua & Barbuda. Cuthbert enjoys the simple things in life and seeks to assist whenever he is called upon.
