Governor General H.E. Sir Rodney Williams, Patron of the Ex-Servicemen Association of Antigua and Barbuda, launched the annual poppy appeal at Government House yesterday. Sir Rodney said, “I encourage each one of you to support this noble cause. By wearing the poppy and contributing to the campaign, you are not only helping to care for our sick and shut-in veterans, but also preserving the memory of their sacrifices.”
