The Halo Foundation is privileged to be a part of this Barbuda housing project spearheaded by the Prince’s Foundation (U.K) and significantly sponsored by the Calvin Ayre Foundation, along with other partners. The initiative is backed by the government of Antigua and Barbuda and the Barbuda Council.
Halo will be providing appliances and furnishings for these homes, which will be built to resist, as far as possible, the impact of natural disasters.
The challenges of climate change resistance and poverty alleviation form a part of the reality of small Island Developing States.
Our COLLECTIVE DETERMINATION to surmount all of these challenges — our JOINT EFFORTS to approach these problems TOGETHER, is what will ultimately be responsible for this project’s success.
