A fundraiser organized by the Chinese Association of Antigua and Barbuda, the Antigua and Barbuda China Friendship Association, Stanley’s Home Restaurant and Little Canton Supermarket raised approximately $20,000 last weekend. The funds were donated to the Halo Foundation, to assist with the continuation of the organization’s charitable work.
Governor General and Patron of the Halo Foundation, Sir Rodney Williams, was presented with the cheque at a brief handover this morning.
