The Antigua and Barbuda China Friendship Association (ACFA), one of the 30+ charities under the umbrella of the Halo Foundation, awarded 6 participants who placed 2nd and 3rd in the Beijing Winter Olympics Art Competition. There were well over 1,000 participants from 11 countries of the world.
The competition was organized by the Chinese People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries (Beijing).
The local prizegiving ceremony was supported by the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China to Antigua and Barbuda.
