Ms Tamorla Millette was the lucky winner of a lunch/dinner for two, at La Brasserie Restaurant in English Harbor. She was selected as the March winner of the Halo Foundation’s Random Act of Kindness campaign. Her recent donation of a play corner to Little Feet Big Steps Day Care and Pre-School stood out as a major contribution to youth development.
