H.E. Lady Williams donated $15,000 on behalf of the Halo Foundation to the Victory Centre, one of two special needs schools in Antigua. The charitable contribution will be used by the school to cover operational and other expenses. The Victory Centre is one of 35 causes under the patronage of Their Excellencies Sir Rodney and Lady Williams.
