The Halo Foundation has expressed its dedication to the support of children and teenagers with special needs, through the pursuit of suitable educational opportunities. During their recent visit to the Victory Center, members from the Foundation had the opportunity to interact with the children and to learn more about the operations of the facility.

Halo is committed to a donation of $8,000 each year, which provides part scholarships for students whose parents require assistance to meet their full tuition costs.

Ms Kelly Hedges, Principal of the Victory Center, noted that while the administration and teachers continue to do their best, the school is still financially strapped.  She added that the premises had recently been broken into, and a significant quantity of necessary and expensive equipment used in the day to day operations of the school had been stolen.

President and Founder of the Halo Foundation, Lady Williams indicated that “youth and education is most certainly the main focus of our organization’s agenda for 2018, and we will be conscientiously addressing these areas in various ways during the upcoming months”.
